If you believe you have received a headset which is dead-on-arrival, please contact us immediately and we will assist you with either a replacement or refund.
This issues are handled by the manufacturer of the headset and are covered by the product warranty. Unfortunately, The Headset Shop is unable to assist with warranty related claims on products.
If you have purchased or received the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as you have made or received your order. We can only accept returns on products which have not been opened, removed from their original packaging or used within seven days of purchase. We do not refund for change of mind purchases.
